Concerned that your student’s reading, math or basic employablity skills aren’t ready for employment or vocational training? In our YOUth Employment Challenge, students participate in 80 hours of intensive reading, math, and employment remediation to prepare for GED, employment or vocational training.

Your student will:

  • Increase reading + math scores by at least one level
  • Prepare job search tools: resumes and cover letters
  • Practice interviewing skills
  • Gain Department of Labor-recommended employability skills: punctuality, consistent attendance, and more

To help students learn the responsibility, dependability, and positive attitude needed to get and keep a job, all participate in our Stay Connected™ e-mentoring program. This powerful program is designed specifically for low readers, those lacking employment skills, and chronic truants.
